Opening Hours

We are open from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Session Times are as follows

Morning Session 8.00 am until 1.00 pm

Afternoon Session 1.00 pm until 6.00 pm

Short Day 9.00am until 4.00pm

All day 8.00 am until 6.00 pm

Fees

* rate applies to either morning session from 8am until 1pm or afternoon session from 1pm until 6pm.

Older siblings will receive a 10% discount on their fees.
Fees must be paid one month in advance.
A 100 deposit is required to secure your child's place.
Places are available for 2, 3 and 4 year olds using Government Funding.

The Nursery will be closed for one week at Christmas with no charge.
The Nursery will also be closed on Bank/Public holidays and are charged at the normal rate.

Policies and Procedures

We comply to Ofsted standards and therefore need to have a range of policies and procedures in place to help and protect your child.

These are available to be seen on request if you wish.

Safety and Security

We believe that the safety and security of all the children in our care is of the utmost importance. At Ottertots Day Care Nursery we have a range of security measures which we strictly adhere to.

Entry to the main building is controlled by a security system to which only authorised personnel have access.

Our drop off and collection policy ensures that only adults authorised in advance will be able to collect children.

Each room has a fire exit and children undertake regular drills to ensure that they know what to do in the event of a fire or other incident.

Ottertots has a unique design with most rooms being separated by clear glass vision panels.
